The Passionate Teacher

Not everyone perceives Math to be as beautiful a subject as it is. Only a teacher who is passionate about this subject can have her heart and mind set on making Math likeable by her students. Mrs. Krishnaveni is one such teacher who absolutely loves teaching Math to her students. We loved meeting her and learnt a lot more about her wonderful personality.

We hope you enjoy knowing about her likes, preferences, dreams and inspirations through her *Guru Mantra interview.

*Nectar’s beautiful initiative, Guru Mantra, is to recognise and meet the teachers who are known for being innovative and creative. These special teachers have contributed towards wealthier and happier lives by the power of their thoughts and their strong drives to educate the ‘next generation’. The purpose of Guru Mantra is to celebrate their priceless contributions to our society.

“The mind is everything. What you think, you become”.  -Gautama, the Buddha

Guru Mantra is a gem. As a non teacher I enjoy this so much. I’m sure other teachers will enjoy equally.

Fascinating to see the inspiration behind teaching and their likes and favorites. Guru Mantra is doing a good job of sharing these ‘Mantras’ to others.

  3. It is great to see the Stories from teachers and the passion they have for their work.
Guru Mantra is doing a great work on showing the more personal side of Teachers

Rapid fire was mind blowing! This time, the color concept of GM has come out really well. Kudos to the designers and back team!

It’s so nice to hear what teachers think/say about things outside of their teaching capacity. As students, we always think and interact with them in their teacher capacities and this dissuades us from connecting with them personally. This is so a super initiative. Hoping we can cover 50 teachers in the coming academic year.

” She is truly a passionate teacher “. Awesome Monalisa, the whole interview was structured very beautifully.
